Welcome to my practice. I am a clinical psychologist specializing in adult mental health. I am committed to providing innovative, evidence-based care with a compassionate touch. My approach combines the best of cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness techniques to address a range of issues, from life stresses and clinical disorders to complex health-related psychological conditions.

My expertise extends to managing chronic conditions such as cancer and neurological injuries like strokes, with a focus on pain management, sleep disorders, and stress-related somatic symptoms. I also offer specialized, gold-standard cognitive assessments for dementia and ADHD, ensuring personalized and precise treatment planning.

At the heart of my practice is meeting each client where they are, adapting and integrating approaches to best suit their needs. I value a collaborative process, building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, and guiding clients towards achieving their personal goals in therapy.

Desmond is a Clinical Psychologist that is dedicated to helping individuals and wider systems navigate the intricate complexities of mental health and its impact. With experiences spanning hospitals, organizations focused on employee mental health and other private settings, his approach is both integrative and trauma-informed, designed to meet the unique needs of each client. He believes in exploring the subjective lived experiences of individuals, recognizing the significance of their unique perspectives and narratives in the therapeutic process.

Desmond is trained and supervised in various evidence based psychotherapeutic modalities: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Relational modalities (EFT, IFS Level 1) as well as Behavioural Therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT). By employing these interventions within an integrative framework, he draws on a rich tapestry of perspectives that integrates psychodynamic thinking, attachment and behavioural processes to provide a comprehensive understanding of mental health difficulties.

Having worked in diverse cultural settings, including USA, Hong Kong and Singapore, he strives to bring an inclusive and multi-cultural perspective to his work. At present, Desmond has undergone additional training in Systemic Team Coaching and Organizational Development. This equips him to offer invaluable insights to teams, departments, and leaders by understanding the profound impact of internal psychological dynamics that interferes with business needs. Collaborating with organizations, Desmond supports leaders in the intervention of team dynamics, refining communication strategies, and elevating the overall psychological well-being at work.

Jesudas is a Clinical Psychologist with a decade of experience providing therapeutic interventions, counselling, and case management services. His experience spans diverse settings, including psychiatric rehabilitation, healthcare, and education, where he has addressed a wide range of conditions, including schizophrenia, depression, addictions, and anxiety disorders.

Jesudas professional philosophy is an integrative approach, blending cognitive-behavioural traditions, attachment theory, and developmental processes into his approach with clients. Rooted by his core values of curiosity, relational engagement, and reflexivity, Jesudas adopts a holistic perspective in addressing the distress and difficulties of each client.

In addition to his therapeutic endeavours, Jesudas has a keen interest in understanding risk management and suicidality. This has led him to contribute to the establishment and formulation of risk management manuals and protocols in his previous roles. He has a further interest in understanding individual differences in personality styles.

Throughout his career journey, Jesudas has cultivated an interest in understanding the intricate interplay between leadership, organizational culture, and their collective impact on mental health within an organizational context. He adopts a systemic perspective, delving into the dynamics of motivation, wellbeing, and mental health within the workplace.
