Welcome to my practice. I am a clinical psychologist specializing in adult mental health. I am committed to providing innovative, evidence-based care with a compassionate touch. My approach combines the best of cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness techniques to address a range of issues, from life stresses and clinical disorders to complex health-related psychological conditions.

My expertise extends to managing chronic conditions such as cancer and neurological injuries like strokes, with a focus on pain management, sleep disorders, and stress-related somatic symptoms. I also offer specialized, gold-standard cognitive assessments for dementia and ADHD, ensuring personalized and precise treatment planning.

At the heart of my practice is meeting each client where they are, adapting and integrating approaches to best suit their needs. I value a collaborative process, building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, and guiding clients towards achieving their personal goals in therapy.
I designed my services for adults seeking to overcome life’s challenges; together, we strive not just to cope but to thrive.
